"What I can say about this management is, this has by far been the best living experience that I have ever encountered with any living rental arrangement in my life. I am use to complaining about something that needs to be fixed or replaced and it might happen with in two to three weeks. NOT THIS MANAGEMENT!!!! I have literally text a complaint and it was fixed in two hours. For example, last summer my air-condition had stop working a few months back in the mist of a real hot day, I text this to the management around 8:00 A.M. that morning and out of nowhere, only two hours later, a guy rings my doorbell saying "I received an email that your air conditioning was not working". 20 to 30 minutes later, he knocks back on my door from being outside working on it, tells me to cut the A.C. back on, it works and he jumps back in his truck and drives off. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!!! It was so out standing to me that told my daughter about it when she woke up! To me, you guys are great! Thank you for your services."
