  • Found a property you would like to rent?
  • Schedule a showing with a local agent. We do not rent homes site-unseen. Applicants MUST view the rental property BEFORE applying. Call 919.504.5447 to set up a viewing of our homes.
  • Pets should be pre-approved. Non refundable pet fees (per pet) will apply. We also use PetScreening.com to screen pets for rental properties. The cost of screening is non refundable and not part of the pet fee. (See the property manager if you are needing accommodation for a service dog or support animal.)
  • ALL adults 18+ (not attending school) who will be living in the home MUST each complete an application. Applications can be completed online. A Credit Check, Background and Court Eviction check will be completed. We are looking for a clean background and credit check and good standing landlord reference.
  • The $85 per person application fee can be paid online using your checking or savings account routing & account number for no additional charge. However, Credit Card payments will require a service/processing fee. No cash is accepted.
  • Proof of income such as LES (Leave and Earnings Statement) and/or 1 month's worth of pay-stubs must be provided and emailed to our office. The income requirement is 3x's the rent and 4x's the rent for multiple singles. Multiple singles/Roommates must be pre-approved. See property manager for 1099/self employed or newly employed.
  • Please make sure all requirements are completed in your application as incomplete applications will not be considered until all requirements have been submitted.

Tenant Payment Procedures Maintenance Request Written Notice to Vacate
  • Tenants must set up autopay on their Buildium Mobile App or Desktop.
  • Auto pay is only available when payments are made on time.
    Certified checks or Money Orders are required when payments are late.
  • Log onto your account and set up automatic payments for your monthly rent.
  • The autopay service is $1.25 per transaction (Available for on-time payments only)

  • We work with some of the very best electrical, plumbing, structural, and general repair contractors in the area.

Submit Work Order
  • All lease agreements will require a minimum 30 Day WRITTEN Notice to Vacate, 30 days from your Lease End Date.
  • Active Duty Military must also submit a minimum 30-45 day written notice along with copies of military orders. See the NC Military Personnel Residential Lease pamphlet under Tenant Resources.
