The Way to Your New Home

Found a property you would like to rent?
 

  1. Schedule a showing with a local agent. We do not rent homes site-unseen. Applicants MUST view the rental property BEFORE applying. Call 919-504-5447 to set up a viewing of our homes. 

  2.   Pets should be pre-approved. Non refundable pet fees (per pet) will apply.  We also use PetScreening.com to screen pets for rental properties  The cost of screening paid is non refundable and not part of the pet fee. (see the property manager if you are needing accommodation for a service dog or support animal)
     

  3. ALL adults 18+ (not attending school) who will be living in the home MUST each complete an application. Applications can be completed online.  A Credit Check, Background and Court Eviction check will be completed.  We are looking for a clean background and credit check and good standing landlord reference.
     

  4.  The $75 per person application fee can be paid online using your checking or savings account routing & account number for no additional charge. However, Credit Card payments will require a service/processing fee.  No cash is accepted. 
     

  5. Proof of income such as LES (Leave and Earnings Statement) and/or 1 months’ worth of pay-stubs must be provided and emailed to our office. The income requirement is 3x's the rent and 4x's the rent for multiple singles. Multiple singles/Roommates must be pre-approved. See property manager for 1099/self employed or new jobs.

  6. Please make sure all requirements are completed in your application as incomplete applications  will not be considered until all requirements have been submitted.
