Sharon Lewis
Property Manager & Department Manager
Sharon Lewis, received her NC Real Estate Brokers License in 2004. She is an active member of the NAPRM (Nation Association of Residential Property Managers). She has worked with Southern Properties Rentals since 2014. Sharon received her Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from The University of Texas in San Antonio. After PCSing to Pope AFB in 2000 with her husband, Sharon began working in the Property Management industry.
Sharon brings her experience of the local area, her marketing expertise, and knowledge of property management laws and procedures. Sharon spends her workday listing rental homes, negotiating lease agreements, conducting Move-Out/Move-in inspections and visiting with homeowners needing Property Management Services. Sharon and her Husband, who retired from the Air Force in 2010, have decided to make North Carolina their home.
