  • We resolve problems quickly, professionally and work efficiently to line up the necessary contractors and service companies we need to resolve the problem.

  • We work with some of the very best electrical, plumbing, structural, and general repair contractors in the area.

  • You have enough to deal with in your everyday life, so let us deal with your home maintenance problems by filling out the maintenance request form below.

Written Notice to vacate

  • All lease agreements will require a min 30 Day WRITTEN Notice to Vacate, 30 days from your Lease End Date.

  • Active Duty Military must also submit a Min 30/45/Full months notice.  See the NC Military Personnel Residential Lease pamphlet under Tenant Resources.
